How to Subscribe the New MTN 1GB Daily Data Plan

Method Number 1

The first method to subscribe to this data is by taking the following steps: 

• Text 155 to 131 
• From the response you will receive from MTN, reply with YES to proceed
• Once the subscription is successful, you will get feedback from MTN  

Method Number 2

This is another method you can use to achieve this same task by dialling numbers. To complete the task using this method, take the following steps: 

• Dial *131# on your phone using your MTN phone number
• Type 1 in this box which stands for Data plans and send.

• In the next screen option that will show up, type 1 in the box and send to select Daily plans
• Type 5 in the box and then tap Send  button to buy 1GB data plan for N300 as shown in the screenshot below:

• Choose the option of auto renew or one-off from the screen options. 

Once the subscription is successful, you will receive notification on that.
