Wait... Did I say diamond? Yes. Diamond. How can a diamond be found inside of a man? Is that possible?

I say again, "You have a diamond inside of you". A precious material. You gat it. It
is all about you discovering yours. But... Chill. Do not read literal meaning into it. This topic cuts across so many areas.


What is a diamond? Diamond is a solid form of carbon with a diamond cubic crystal structure. At room temperature and pressure it is metastable and graphite is the stable form, but diamond almost never converts to graphite.

You may not be conversant with those terms but let us pick the major points. Because of the uniqueness of diamond, it has found many valuable applications. According to Wikipedia, it has the highest hardness and thermal conductivity of any bulk material. Diamond is a special material. It is a high valuable element. What other elements or composites cannot do, diamond only can do them.

You as a person is unique. You have some level of uniqueness in you. You have a diamond inside of you. Just think deep and you will discover it.


You are created to add value to mankind and not to complain all through. You are made for greatness. Do not go back to your comfort zone to be sleeping all through. It cannot help you go a long way dear young man. It cannot in any way help you young lady.

Diamond is a solid that has the highest hardness. Because of this reason, you have to be hard to survive in any condition.

You do not need to be demoralized because of the economic challenge of any kind your country is facing. Leave your politicians and work hard to make yourself better. Because you have diamond inside of you, you cannot be broken. The reason why that cannot happen is because you are carrying the hardest solid on earth inside of you. Irrespective of the challenge you may be facing in your relationship, do not be weak completely. Move on because you are strong.

You are also not to be easily broken because invariably you are diamond. Summon courage and move ahead. The crown is for men who are hard and refuse to be won by circumstances or their victims.

At the start-up of this article it is observed that diamond has many applications. That still applies to that who have discovered he has diamond inside of him. You are not to be limited. No matter what you studied in school, it should not limit your functionalities. Study in school is not to cage you within a limited space. The essence of it is to broaden your knowledge in a particular area. It is not to cage you in a particular area.

Sometime ago, I came across some youths complaining that they could not found a job that fits exactly into their course of study. I just smiled. I told them that it is good for one to get a job in the area he studied in the higher institution but not always. In countries where development has not been experienced to some extent, it is usually issue for one to get a good job in his area of study.

But it will be good you view certain things in another direction. Do not see your course of study as what you can only function in. Because diamond has many applications, you should not limit yourself in just the area of your study in school. Expand to other areas. If that you studied in the university is not coming forth in terms of job, pick the available area and develop yourself. You can be an expert in it. Rediscover your new self in that your new area.

According to Wikipedia, diamond also has relatively high optical dispersion (ability to disperse light of different colours). The  lustrous faces of diamond makes it have attractive characteristic. It radiates great light and light is good.

You stand out as a light. Let the light from you radiate to affect the people around you positively. It is a characteristic you have to posses. When people see the light, they will know that really you have diamond inside of you.

This light can shine out by being of assistance to people. It can be financial or by any other means. Maybe you have some unique skills inside of you, you can radiate your light by teaching them to other people. When their lives are better through the skills they gained from you, in one way on the other, they will show their appreciations.

Be like the lustrous faces of diamond in that your place of work. Let the people in that company you work see something unique in you that are not found in others. Let them see you as the light.

Let them know you for your transparency. If any accuses you wrongly, let them stand firmly and say you cannot commit such bad add. Let that confidence of being that person that does things in the right way be observed by people around you. It will help your personal integrity.

Be a light to the growth of the company where you work. Let the diamond in you shine out. When others are complaining, be committed. Let them feel your impact in the positive sense. Complaining will not solve anything, so convert your energy for complain into work.
